At ID Menswear, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase for any reason, we offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
Please note that all sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Undergarments, swimsuits, mask coverings, perfumes, and bandanas are not returnable due to health and hygiene reasons.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be: • In new, unused condition • In its original packaging • With all original tags and accessories attached • Not damaged or altered in any way
To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
Please note that items must be returned to the address on the shipping label (ID Menswear, 6 Bedford Avenue, Brooklyn NY11222) and in-store returns will not be accepted.
When returning items you must use a trackable shipping method to ensure that the package is delivered to us safely and on time. This will also allow you to track the package and ensure that it arrives at our facility.
Once we receive the item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy requirements. If they do, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or exchange the item(s) for a different product if preferred. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
